Same-day emergency dentist appointments 

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after you develop symptoms that warrant an emergency. We can offer advice on how we can help before you come in and see us for your emergency appointment, and will do our highest effort we can to book you in for a same-day appointment.

Please note that our emergency treatment and consultations are by appointment only. 

What counts as a dental emergency? 

Some of the most common emergencies we treat include: 

• Toothache that’s causing intense pain that can’t be controlled with over-the-counter painkillers. 
• Significant swelling around the mouth, face or jaw that doesn’t resolve within a couple of hours and is progressively worsening. 
• You’ve sustained an injury to the mouth area. 
• There is excessive and sudden bleeding coming from the mouth area. 
• A tooth that has been knocked out.
• A broken tooth. 
• Losing a restoration like a veneer or crown before a significant event, such as a wedding.
