My veneers journey 

You can expect to attend at least 2 appointments when getting veneers at Partington Dental. Here is what you can expect on your way to a stunning smile: 

Consultation and examination: the tooth in question is examined, as well as the neighbouring teeth on either side. We will look carefully at how your teeth sit in your mouth, so we can create a custom veneer that’s perfectly shaped and shaded to suit your smile. 

Collection of information and treatment planning: we will take impressions and photographs which will inform the design of your custom veneer when it is created by the dental technician. We will remove a small amount of tooth enamel from the tooth receiving the veneer, to make sure it’s the correct thickness, and you’ll be given temporary veneers to wear whilst you wait for the technician to send back your hand-crafted veneer. 

Finishing touches: during a fitting appointment for your permanent veneers, small adjustments are made, if necessary. You can then reap the benefits a newly restored smile can bring, and look after your veneer just as you would your real teeth.
